1. How is shipping done?

In Italy, shipping is by national courier, BRT Express or GLS. 

For other countries, shipping is by international courier (DPD, FedEX, Post Office) chosen as appropriate.

You will always be notified by email which carrier will be used for your shipment. 

1.1 How much does shipping cost?

For all of Italy, shipping is completely FREE.

In Italy in 95% of cases delivery is within 24/48 hours after shipment, maximum 72 hours for less central areas. (48/72h Islands) 

For France, shipping costs €9.90.

For European Union countries, the price starts at €15.

For countries outside Europe or Rest of the World, prices vary depending on the Courier and Customs Taxes

In all cases, prices are clear and transparent, and are shown in the summary of your shopping cart.

1.2 What is the delivery time?

 

However, if the order is placed after 3 p.m., the order will be processed the next day.

To be sure about the delivery date, rely only on the tracking code because this is provided to us directly by the courier company.

Shipments within the EU take 5 to 10 working days.

Shipments to non-EU countries can take up to 2 weeks.

 

1.3 How do I know where my package is?

We choose to deliver only with tracked shipping, so you can have information at all times where the package is because of the tracking code.

As soon as the package is picked up by the courier company, a tracking number will be generated and is sent within 24 hours from the courier company's headquarters.

We will then provide you with the tracking code via email with instructions to track your package or SMS

 

1.4 If I am not home for delivery, what happens?

In case you are not at home, the courier will leave a notice or call you at the phone number given when ordering. 

It will usually spend the first useful business day for delivery. You will be responsible for being at home for delivery

The main objective is to ensure that the order reaches its destination as soon as possible.

In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please promptly contact us by phone or email within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of your order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving an RMA (Return, Exchange or Return) number.

Departure shipping costs and import duty are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
