Right of Withdrawal

 

 

 

) Ways and procedures.

 

 

Pursuant to Articles 45 et seq. of Legislative Decree 21/14, If the customer is a final consumer, he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.

  

1.1 The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, WITHIN and NO LATER THAN 14 (Fourteen) calendar days, through the Return procedure available in the purchases area of the personal profile registered on the site or through the means of communication available to the Customer (WhatsApp and e-mail).

1.1b Customized products (e.g. Initials on the product or modifications) CANNOT be returned.

1.2 In the event of withdrawal from the contract, payments made to Pelletteria Marant, complying with All terms arranged below, will be refunded:

 

2.) Condition.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, Pelletteria Marant refunds only the returned item.

 

2.1 The deadline is met if the consumer returns the goods Before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.

2.2 Pelletteria Marant may withhold the refund until it has received the goods in accordance with Article 56 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 - Consumer Code.

2.3 Each procedure for Return is described in detail below.

 

 

3.) Procedure.

The procedure for making your return will be briefly described

Contact customer service at : customercare@pelletteriamarant.com and submit a "Return" request, with the reason for return.

The disposable tag (Warranty Seal) is perfectly intact and, therefore, has not been removed from the product, and any product to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped to you and must be packaged neatly and carefully, and has not been used and/or washed and/or processed in any way.

Boxes, protective envelopes, and accessories should be the same as the shipments.

If the tag (Warranty Seal) has been removed and/or cut off you will NOT be able to proceed with the return.

 

 

The customer has two options to be able to return the goods:

 

A. Shipment by the customer

The customer independently ships the goods by a courier of his choice to our address, the shipment must be Tracked and Insured, as Pelletteria Marant will not respond and assumes no responsibility if the goods arrive damaged or are lost.

Once the goods have reached our premises, the goods will be checked and we will then make a refund.

 

B. Pickup at your place of residence (ITALY and Italian addresses only)

Pelletteria Marant can make the pickup (ITALY only) at therequested address, even different from the order.

Costs for the service vary depending on the area, prices start from a minimum of 15€.

(For Islands and Distressed/remote areas, costs start at a minimum of €20) which will be deducted from your reimbursement.

(For Minor Islands, the cost will have to be defined according to the Zone)

The service charge may vary if original boxes are not used and/or multiple products are returned.

 

4.) Reimbursement.

 

4A) Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction and cannot be changed.

If the customer paid on delivery, in this case, he or she must choose Bank Transfer for refund, and provide us with the refund information.

The refund will be made after the goods are inspected, the customer will receive an email of the refund.

The Cost of COD, shipping, and gift wrapping are non-refundable.

 

4B) Refund with Promo or Active Sales

In the case of a partial return of an order where there was a minimum spend for a promo or sales (e.g., €30 discount on a minimum spend of €199), if the remaining value of the order, following the return, is less than the required minimum spend, the discount applied will be deducted from the refund.

 

4C) Customized products CANNOT be returned

 

5.) Commodity exchange.

 

4.1 Exchange of goods is considered as RETURN, and therefore will be treated as such. You are responsible for the cost of collection.

4.2 The change is no longer possible after 14 (fourteen) Days.

4.3 Exchange must be made for products of equal or higher cost.

4.4 In case the chosen product is of lower value, the remaining part will be converted into a voucher, which can be used on the site without scanning.

4.5 Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned

General Conditions of Sale, are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, on the Consumer Code in Chapter I° "Of Consumer Rights in Contracts."
