1. MODE OF SHIPMENT
Shipping of available goods is usually within 24 working hoursafter order confirmation or, in the case of orders with advance payment (Paypal, postepay, bank transfer), within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
We only ship by insured express courier.

Pelletteria Marant guarantees your complete satisfaction.
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return one or more items without EVER having USED them , within 14 (Fourteen) days from the date of delivery (the 14 days are counted from when the courier delivered the package) and get a refund.
However, it is possible to exchange purchased items for other products on sale.
4. WARRANTY
The customer once received the Package is required to check that the goods arrived intact and undamaged.
If the goods received have defects not caused by transportation and by the Customer, the latter must notify Pelletteria Marant, via the messaging services offered, of any problem encountered, NO LATER than 3 (THREE) Days.
The Customer is required, by photographic means, to prove the defect. By doing so, the Craftsmen can ascertain in advance whether the defect found can be repaired or the product replaced. In any case, the product must not have been used in any way and/or treated.
Marant Refuses to accept Exchanges or Returns if the product has been used
Upon request Marant can send any spare parts to your address.
